The suede is fake has a suede like layer over whatever the layer is made of, the check is off(can see it with a black light where it’s supposed to be), the toe box is lopsided and the lacing layer is lopsided, for 70$ is ok but the fake suede tore within an hour of wearing them. Pretty bummer.

This was the worst seller I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!! I received only a bag in the mail with a huge hole ripped in the bag like someone had ripped open the bag. stole what was inside. Then taped the hole up. I tried to talk with the seller to explain what happened and sent Proof (pictures) and the seller called me a LIER and would not send me a replacement even though on their website they state they would sent a replacement if something went wrong with your shipment. They took forever to respond. Literally days till I saw a response back. They refused to send a replacement and refused to give me a full refund. And actually they said they’d give me a refund of $0.01. They are the worst kind of people to deal with on DHgate. After days of trying to negotiate with the seller I was fed up and went to DHgate to try and help me come up with a resolution. Even after getting DHGATE involved they did still did not send me a replacement nor refund. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Seller was responsive when asking about shipping but the stitching on the purse is very bad in some places and red stitching from inside bag is showing on the outside in some areas. Also the paint on the front emblem is bubbled and scratched. Up close does not look authentic. No dust bag and does not have name inside like an original. Emblem hangs much lower on this than original.
